Mrs. Reese is one of the gifted specialists that teach Project PASS, Cleveland School District's gifted program.  She has taught in almost every area of special education.  She has been a member of Hayes Cooper's family for 10 years.  Before coming to Hayes Cooper she taught at Parks and Pearman.  In addition to teaching in the gifted program, Mrs. Reese is the Gifted Coordinator for the Cleveland School District.
