Beverly Hardy came to Hayes Cooper as principal on March 1, 1994. She has a B.S. Degree in Elementary Education, a Master’s Degree in Reading, an Educational Specialist Degree in Elementary Education, and a AA certification in Administration.

She taught in the classroom for eighteen years at Parks Elementary School. In 1991 she went to Cypress Park Elementary School and Eastwood Jr. High School as Assistant Principal.
